Eng. Abdullah Abdulrahman Al Husayen, the Minister of Water and Electricity inspected today a number of water projects in the Aseer Region. He first toured Pipe Lines project and then Beash and Dhamad Dams, Shuqaiq desalination plant and Marbah Dam. Eng. Musa Hassan Mabar, the Director of Al Shuqaiq desalination plant said that the minister will tour Al-laith and Helei Dams in Makkah Region. He indicated that these projects come within the efforts of the Ministry of Water and Electricity to find radical solutions to water crises, which appear from time to time due to population expansion and increasing demand for the desalinated water.
