China's President Hu Jintao says Russia is a foreign policy priority for his country. Hu is meeting with Russian leaders in Moscow on Wednesday after two international summits hosted by Russia in the Ural Mountains city of Yekaterinburg, The Associated Press reported. He told Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that cooperation between Russia and China is particularly important in what he called a time of deep and complex changes. Hu was to meet with President Dmitry Medvedev for talks expected to touch on North Korea as well as bilateral relations and efforts to gain more clout in the global economy.
