The World Health Organization says swine flu has claimed 125 lives including a first confirmed death in Chile, according to AP. The death _ the first in South America _ has already been reported by authorities in Chile. WHO says 69 countries have reported 21,940 cases of the A(H1N1) flu virus by Friday. WHO says more than half of all cases worldwide were reported in the United States. Most of the deaths have occurred in Mexico.
