Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali bin Saeed Awwadh Assiri has met here today with the Head of Lebanese Journalists Union Mohammed Al Balabaki. During the meeting, Ambassador Assiri praised the role played by Lebanese press in serving Arab causes as well as in promoting Arabic culture and raising public awareness. Balabakki also hailed the continuous support by the Kingdom as well as its sponsorship of a number of agreements that helped bring about peace and stability in Lebanon. He also lauded the Kingdom's efforts in post-war construction process.
