Health officials have confirmed Malaysia's third case of swine flu after a 23-year-old man who returned from a holiday in the United States tested positive for the virus, according to AP. Health Ministry Director General Ismail Merican says the man is in stable condition and remains hospitalized. The ministry said Thursday it was trying to trace 276 passengers and crew members aboard a Malaysian Airlines flight that flew the man home Monday. Malaysia's two other swine flu patients have recovered. The World Health Organization says the disease has reached 66 countries and infected more than 19,000 people, causing 117 deaths.
