Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King, who is also a member of Board of Directors of King Abdulaziz Public Library, and Chairman of Board of Trustees of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz World Award for Translation for the year 2008, will honor on Tuesday, winners of the award at the headquarters of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Islamic Studies and Human Sciences in Casablanca. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Education and General Supervisor of King Abdulaziz Public Library, Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muammar has pointed out that the King's Award emanates from his vision in calling for building cultural bridges between peoples and in activating knowledge-based communications between civilizations. He noted that the great success of this scientific, cultural and civilization project, the second in its series, has been accomplished according to the King's directives to promote dialogue between civilizations.
