The Rector of King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Osama bin Sadiq Tayeb has said that the success of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Award for Translation in imposing its presence as one of the largest prizes awarded for the work of translation into and from Arabic emanates from the King's interest in translation and its great role in promoting dialogue between cultures and rapprochement between nations and peoples. Dr. Tayeb expressed his pleasure over winning the Award in Institutions Branch by King Saud University, represented by its affiliated Center of Translation. On his part, the Rector of King Saud University, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Othman has expressed his pleasure over winning the Award by the university's center, stressing that this achievement represents a quantum leap in the march of the university for continual application of its successful approach in translating the best scientific books in all languages as well as exploiting them in the service of all academic departments to perform the University's scientific and educational message.
