Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday ordered the appointment of Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and also to form the new cabinet to be presented to the Emir for approval.
