Near Eastern Affairs State Nominee: 2-State Solution in US Interest

President Barack Obama's nominee to become the top State Department official for the Middle East said Thursday that will work towards a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“I would define a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as in the U.S. interest,” said Jeffrey Feltman, nominee to become the assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern Affairs.
