U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said today she and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed ways for the country's leaders to build a stronger U.S.-Russia relationship, Reuters reported. "We want to normalize the relationship and raise it to a new level," Clinton told reporters after meeting Lavrov.
