Number of dead in Mexico's flu epidemic rises to 149

At least 149 people have died in Mexico of an
influenza-type illness, Mexican Health Minister Jose Angel Cordova
Villalobos said Monday, according to dpa.
Of these, only 26 cases have been confirmed as a result of swine
flu, according to the World Health Organization.
More than 1,000 people have been hospitalized in Mexico.
