11-1428 H., the Cabinet decided:
1- Continued application of the current mechanisms of the Customs Union until the completion of the rest of its requirements,
2- Allowing citizens of the GCC to practice the activity of social services,
3- Ending the application of the restrictions on GCC citizens' practice of commercial activities and free vocations in the member states which were approved in the past at the 8th session of the Supreme Council and enforcing full equality treatment among GCC citizens in practicing vocations and commercial, investment and service activities except what was excluded by a decision by the Supreme Council.
