SECRETARY GENERAL OF GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL ABDULRAHMAN AL-ATIYYAH RECEIVED TODAY KUWAITI APPROVAL TO ALLOW GCC COUNTIES' CITIZENS TO PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES AND VOCATIONS: INSURANCE SERVICES, FOLLOW-UP SERVICES AT GOVERNMENTAL DEPARTMENTS AND TRANSPORT SERVICES. THE APPROVAL WAS IN LINE WITH RESOLUTIONS ISSUED BY THE GCC SUMMIT HELD IN RIYADH IN DECEMBER 2006. THE APPROVAL CAME IN A LETTER RECEIVED BY AL-ATIYYAH FROM KUWAITI MINISTER OF FINANCE BADR MASHARI ALHIMAIDHI.
