Satellite Receivers in Violation of Regulation Confiscated

The General Directorate of Copyright Protection, an affiliate of the Ministry of Culture and Information, has confiscated 70 satellite receivers in violation of the regulation of copyright protection as well as a number of computers used for deciphering satellite channels having copyright protection.
The Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry for Internal Information Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Hazza pointed out that inspectors from the Directorate in coordination with Security Campaign and Preventive Security Body, confiscated these sets in violation of copyright protection regulations in Riyadh last Wednesday.
