The Second Phase of "Saudi-Oxford Program for Advanced Management and Leadership" launched by The National Competitiveness Center, an affiliate of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and the University of Oxford will start in Riyadh later today. The Authority's Governor Amr bin Abdullah Al-Dabbagh said, " The program comes as a culmination of a strategic partnership which brings together the private sector and the National Competitiveness Center aiming at combining the concerted efforts of the public and private sectors to develop a complementary strategy and a common agenda for competitiveness in the field of human resources development". As many as 43 Saudi officials from the public and private sectors will take part in the program aiming to bring about a qualitative and systematic leap forward in the strategic thought of the officials and executive officers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
