Civil Defense Warns of Dangers of Rains and Floods

The General Directorate of Civil Defense has warned citizens and residents of the dangers of rains and floods, particularly in these days which have been witnessing various cumulous clouds, torrential rains and flash floods in some of the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for following a number of instructions including:
- Act quickly to take necessary measures to protect your family.
- Be far away from dangerous places including marshes, valleys and dams.
- If you are caught in floods, leave your car and resort to a safe place.
- You will be in danger by using mobile phones during thunder and lightning.
- Call on phone No. 998 in case of any danger.
