The Consultative Commission of the Supreme Council of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council will review on Tuesday in Muscat the global financial crisis and its impact on the GCC states and the measures which could be undertaken in this respect. During the Muscat meeting, the Commission will examine the issue of food and water security in the member states. GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman Al-Atiyyah will participate in the first meeting of the second session of the GCC Consultative Commission which will be held in the Omani capital.
