Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Minister of Interior and Supervisor General of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Relief Campaign for the Palestinian People received a letter of thanks from the head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in Gaza John Ging. In his letter, Ging praised the Kingdom's humanitarian contributions to the recent tragedy in the Strip saying that "this unprecedented generosity serves as a strong foundation for a better future in the relief work. The King's relief campaign, launched early during the Israeli brutal offensive against Gaza, donated more than six million dollars. The sum enormously helped with the relief work in the strip.
