Summit held in Riyadh on Wednesday within the framework of Arab reconciliation efforts led by Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The newspapers confirmed that the mini-summit hosted by Riyadh including the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria and Kuwait has launched a new phase in relations among the four countries seeking to serve the Arab issues in cooperation with each other and to agree on a unified Arab policy in confronting key issues facing the nation, particularly the Palestinian issue. The newspapers noted that Riyadh summit aimed at preparing Arab general situation before Pan-Arab summit in Doha in late March.
