The State of Qatar welcomed today's Riyadh Summit Meeting which was held by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak of Egypt; President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad, President of Syria: and Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait at the Palace of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Riyadh, aiming at "clearing the Arab climate" and achieving the Arab reconciliation. This was included in a statement issued in Doha today evening by an official source at the Qatari Foreign Ministry. Qatar News Agency quoted the official source as commending the efforts being exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his role in overcoming the Arab differences, achieving the reconciliation and reunification of Arab leaders for the sake of the good and interest of the Arab Ummah (Nation). "State of Qatar supports and blesses these efforts", the source stressed.
