Surveillance and foiling of an attempt to smuggle 903.700 Kilograms of Hashish in addition to 540,000 Captagon tablets that were on its way to be delivered inside Saudi Arabia. Security men with distinguished professionalism managed to arrest the drug traffickers, recover the narcotics and arrest the accomplices totaling 12; 6 Saudis and 6 expatriates in the Kingdom, reach their hideouts in which they hid their poisons. They were 3 locations, in which 343 Kilograms of Hashish were recovered, bringing the total in this case to 1,246.7 Kg. of Hashish. 3- 1,950,000 Captagon tablets smuggled to the Kingdom were seized. Security forces managed to arrest the expatriate person who received the consignment and started to distribute part of it. 4- Surveillance and foiling of an attempt to smuggle more than half ton of Hashish. Security men managed to arrest 3 non-Arab persons on a boat equipped with engine when they approached eastern coast of the Kingdom carrying 521,289 Kilograms of Hashish. Thus the total seized in these foiled attempts 1,767.989 Kilograms of Hashish and 3,400,000 Captagon tablets. Announcing this, the Ministry of Interior stresses that security forces will spare no effort to face this overwhelming danger that targets the country in its young generations, with backing of grudging hands that plot against this country, its people and its righteous method based on the Book of God and traditions of His Prophet (pub).
