Saudi-U.S. Business Council, held here on Tuesday a luncheon party in honor of the delegation of Saudi Arabia, headed by Undersecretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Foreign Trade Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi, currently on a visit to the United States of America which participated in the first meeting of Saudi-U.S Trade and Investment Council in Washington on Monday. The party was attended by a large number of Saudi and U.S. businessmen interested in trade relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States of America as well as members of Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited to Washington. During the meeting, the Saudi delegation discussed with the U.S. side headed by Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for European Affairs and the Middle East, Christopher Wilson, a number of topics of common interest between the two countries in the areas of trade exchange, joint investment, intellectual property rights and patents.
