The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz will patronize on Wednesday (March 4th), the opening ceremony of Al Janadria's 24th National Festival for Heritage and Culture, organized annually by the National Guard. The event will commence with the Grand Annual Camel Race. Speaking on the occasion, Prince General Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Vice president of the National Guard for Military Affairs as well as Vice President of the Festival's Supreme Committee said the march of the Festival is forging ahead with the blessing of Allah Almighty and the concern and attention extended by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz, the deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General. He said that Royal care of the annual festival forms a medal of honor for the National Guard, the Festival and all the working committees. "It also is a support for the advancing process of culture and creativity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Arab world. He welcomed the participation of the Russian Federation as a guest of honor, expressed his pride that Russia is one of participant. "This will be one of the addition of the national festival for introducing cultures and heritages of the friendly countries and serving as an extension of the cultural traditions of the festival that started last year.
