The Minister of Agriculture Dr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Balghunaim received here on Sunday, the Speaker of Philippines' House of Representatives Prospero Nograles. During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and discussed topics of mutual concern to the two countries particularly in the agricultural field.
