Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud made a telephone call to the Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak in which the monarch congratulated President Mubarak on the success of the international summit held today in Sharm El-Sheikh and its results regarding the situation in Gaza. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques lauded the efforts of President Mubarak in holding this summit and the assertion by him and the summit's participants on the call for the immediate withdrawal from the Strip, opening of the crossings, lifting of the blockade and working for the restoration of the truce in addition to the president's assertion of the call for intensifying international efforts to move forward the peace process. President Mubarak expressed his deep appreciation for the support by the monarch for the Egyptian efforts and Egypt's initiative for stopping the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
