Under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) will organize the Second International Symposium on Computers & Arabic Language (ISCAL ) during the period from 11-13 October, in the presence of officials and local and international experts in computer, information and communications technologies. The activities of the Symposium will be on the theme of “Arab content industry", in order to discuss ways to promote the Arabic content industry and discuss ways to support and stimulate the development of assistive devices in the enrichment of Arabic digital content. This came in line with the objectives of King Abdullah Initiative for the Arabic Digital Content that had been announced at the end of the First International Symposium on Computer and Arabic last year.
