The Cabinet approved the regulations for the establishment of non-profit training units in the field of technical and vocational training. The Cabinet approved a number of appointments as follows: 1- Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammad Al-Dayel as Minister Plenipotentiary (A) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2- Ismail bin Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Sumaeel as Assistant Undersecretary for Parallel Education (Boys Education) at the Ministry of Education. 3- Eng. Siraj bin Umar bin Hussein Bakhraji as Deputy Director General of Water in the Eastern Region at the Ministry of Water and Electricity.
