Egyptian health minister reiterates coordination with the Kingdom

Arish, Jan 9, SPA -- Egyptian health minister Dr Hatim al-Jabali has reiterated that coordination exists between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt as regards the relief assistance ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for the Palestinians in Gaza.
In a statement to SPA, he said contacts are underway with the Saudi health minister Dr Hamad al-Mani as regards the assistance coming from the Kingdom to the Palestinian people via al-Arish airport.
The Egyptian health Minister highlighted the significant role being played by the Kingdom as regards extending assistance to the injured Palestinians.
He pointed out that arrangements are underway for transporting more injured Palestinians aboard Saudi medical evacuation planes for medical treatment in the Kingdom.
