Mubarak, Livini discuss current Mideast situation

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak reviewed here today Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni. They discussed issues pertaining to the ongoing efforts for tranquilizing the situation between the Palestinians and Israel.
They also reviewed issues pertaining to the siege imposed on the Gaza strip and Israeli aggressions on the inhabitants of the strip so as to pave the way for establishing the Palestinian state and opening the passages for enabling the entry of humanitarian relief assistance and the basic commodities in Gaza.
