Jeddah city will host on January 18-20, 2009, the Second International exhibition for mineral exploration and development of mineral resources (MENA-EX 2009). The show will be sponsored by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, represented by the mineral Resources agency, in cooperation with the Saudi Geological Survey (SGS), Saudi Arabian Mining Company MA'ADEN. The exhibition will be organized by the International Ozone for Exhibitions and Conferences and the British CWC at Hilton Hotel in Jeddah. Eighty international companies will exhibit their products at the show which will be organized on an area of four thousand square meters. More than (1000) experts and researchers as well as businesswomen in the mining sector will participate in the show. The organization of the show reflects the keenness of the Kingdom on developing the sector of the mineral resources and attracting investments in this sector. --more
