50 families evacuated in Yemen due to fear of rockslide

The local authority of Shabam-Kawkaban district evacuated 50 families in Bab al-Ahjar village due to possible rockslide, Saba reported.
The evacuation came after a scientific team of geological authority confirmed possibility of the rockslide.
Director of the district Adham al-Noamani stated to Saba that the team recommended evacuating residents of the village as soon as possible, saying that the authority offered necessary protection for the residents.
He added that the authority informed concerned bodies to offer camps for the families.
