This year Hajj season will witness new services to be introduced for the first time, which will be provided by Al-Amoudi Charity Society under supervision of Makkah Region's specialized committee to serve pilgrims in performing Hajj rituals smoothly and easily. As many as 250,000 umbrellas will be distributed to protect pilgrims from sunstroke and heat. These umbrellas have been designed to be small in size so that these do not hinder the pilgrims' movement. These are also specially manufactured to absorb the sun-heat, said Director of Al-Amoudi Charity Society.
