President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen received at his office in Sanaa today Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Hadeethi, Charge d'Affaires of the Saudi Cabinet's ad hoc committee, and accompanying delegation currently on a visit to Yemen. During the meeting, Al-Hadeethi conveyed to President Saleh the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz and their congratulations on the opening of Alsaleh Mosque, and the College of Holy Quran and Islamic Studies, wishing President Saleh continuous health and happiness and the Yemeni people steady progress and prosperity. For his part, President Saleh sent his greetings to the king and the Vice-Custodian of the two holy mosques. Touching the bilateral ties, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. Senior Yemeni officials and the Saudi ambassador to Yemen Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hamdan attended the meeting.
