The Vice President of the Presidency of Religious Affairs of Turkey Dr. Fikrah Kerman hailed the great efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to serve Islam and Muslims in general and pilgrims in particular. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkish, European, Australian and American Pilgrims Guide Establishment Dr. Nabil Jamil bin Abed here today, Dr. Kerman stressed that the Presidency of Religious Affairs of Turkey praises the efforts exerted by the Saudi government to take care of Islamic holy sites which was reflected in the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques and the implementation of great projects at the holy sites. Dr. Kerman said that the Turkish pilgrims amounted to 70,000 this year. On his part, Dr. Abed said that they discussed during the meeting ways of coordinating all services to be provided to the Turkish pilgrims during Hajj season this year.
