A U.N. special envoy trying to resolve the simmering crisis in eastern Congo has arrived in the country's capital Kinshasa for talks with the president. U.N. mission spokesman Madnodje Mounoubai says former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo will hold talks with President Joseph Kabila. He says Obasanjo is also due to fly later Saturday to Goma, the main city in North Kivu province which has been worst hit by the crisis. An explosion of fighting between the army and rebels since August has displaced 250,000 people, Associated Press reported.
