The Project of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for the development of general education is one of the most important developmental schemes. Dr Naif Al-Roomi, the director general of the project, said the general policy for the implementation of the project depends on three strategies: short, medium and long terms. He noted that the short plan includes development of 50 secondary schools in a number of cities and governorates in the Kingdom. Al-Roomi pointed out that the idea of development schools depends on finding an environment that depends on education using modern technology. He noted that a meeting was held during the vacation of 1429 AH with a number of male and female teachers to clarify their role in the process of education inside the school. These teachers will be trained for rehabilitation. --MORE
