Alms distributed over relatives of martyrs

Upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior, ordered the giving away of alms to the needy in the name of martyrs.
Accordingly, 1000 baskets including 54 kilograms of eleven basic foodstuffs worth 1,000,000 Saudi Riyals were distributed over the poor and the needy in all parts of the Kingdom.
Priority was given to the needy among the relatives and friends of the martyrs, officials said.
