A charitable show was opened here on Saturday evening under the patronage of Princess Noaf bint Sultan bin Abdulaziz. A number of charitable societies and the handicapped children society as well as a number of companies are participating in the five-day show. Princess Noora bint Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, the Head of the female committee, said the show is displaying some handcrafts. She noted that the organization of the show comes within the framework of the values of social cooperation which characterize the Saudi society. A part of the proceeds of the show will be allocated for the charitable societies like the handicapped children society, the general foundation for the care of the orphans, and the families of the released prisoners.
