Togolese Prime Minister Komlan Mally has resigned after less than a year in office, REUTERS quoted state television as saying late on Friday. "The president of the Republic has accepted the resignation of Komlan Mally," the broadcast said. Mally took office in December last year afer legislative elections in October. "The main aim of the government was to renew links with the international community. That objective has now been achieved," a spokesman for the president said in the broadcast.
