Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani reiterating the democratic government's commitment to fight terrorism said Wednesday Pakistan in cooperation with other allies worldwide is fighting a determined war against terrorism, APP reported. “We have evolved a multi-pronged strategy to restore peace in the North West Frontier Province and FATA, encompassing political, socio-economic and military measures”, he said while speaking at a dinner he hosted in honour of visiting British Conservative Party leader and UK's Shadow Prime Minister David Cameron here at the Prime Minister House. The Prime Minister said the government was ready to talk to those who want to live in peace, adding, “but we will not tolerate any challenge to the writ of the government.” He said Pakistan is committed to peace, stability and reconstruction in Afghanistan. “As a neighbour we want a best of relations with Afghanistan. We believe that we face common challenges that need to be addressed together”, he added. The Prime Minister mentioned the considerable progress in the composite dialogue process with India.
