Blast kills 10 police in southern Afghanistan

An Afghan official says a
roadside blast has killed 10 police in southern Afghanistan.
Matiullah Khan, Kandahar province's police chief, says the
officers were on patrol in the Shah Wali Kot district
Saturday when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb, according to a report of the Associated Press.
