Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice President General of Youth Welfare, Deputy Chairman of Saudi Olympic Committee, Head of Saudi Mission participating in Beijing Olympic Games inaugurated here today the cultural and information exhibition held by the Ministry of Culture and Information on the sidelines of the Olympics. Upon arrival at the venue, the Prince was received by Saudi Ambassador to China Yahya Al-Zaid, Assistant Undersecretary of Ministry of Culture and Information for Foreign Information and Head of the delegation of the Ministry of Culture and Information Dr Abdulaziz bin Salamah and a number of officials. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion. In his speech, Dr. Bin Salamah said that participation in this event has been directed by the government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to enhance relations with friendly countries and to show a civilized image of the Kingdom of humanity. He expressed thanks to Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz for opening this exhibition. He noted that the Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Amin Madani emphasized the importance of benefiting from such a global sport event comprising a large number of states.
