Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice President General of Youth Welfare, Vice President of Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee and Head of the Kingdom Mission to Beijing Olympics 2008 has attended the official ceremony of the American mission in Beijing at an invitation of the U.S. Olympic Committee Chairman Peter Ueberroth . During the ceremony, the Prince met with former U.S. president George H.W. Bush and conveyed to him the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Prince emphasized deep relations binding the Kingdom and the United States of America in all areas and sports in particular. Prince Nawaf bin Faisal also met with senior officials in sports and the Olympic movement in U.S.A. They discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in Olympic and sports field between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America.
