Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani says Pakistan attaches high priority to its relations with Afghanistan and wants to further strengthen broad-based and close relationship between the two countries, according to PPI. Talking to outgoing Afghan Ambassador Mohammad Anwar Anwarzai here Thursday, he emphasized there is urgent need to improve atmosphere and build more trust between Pakistan and Afghanistan to meet challenges faced by both countries more effectively. Anwarzai assured the Prime Minister that his government fully endorses need of close cooperation between the two countries.
