The Deputy Minister of Labor Dr. Abdulwahid bin Khalid Alhumaid has made a decision recently to stop the recruiting process of one company for a period of five years. The decision was made because the company registered a Saudi employee within its manpower staff although he has not worked with the company. The ministry's goal for this action is to curb violations by some companies and institutions and to eliminate illusionary Saudization. It is noteworthy that there is a decision by the Cabinet which aims at depriving anyone who commits or causes fake Saudization from recruiting for five years.
