Five companies have been banned from recruiting labor from abroad for five years after they were discovered to be flouting Saudization laws. The companies include a Jeddah contracting firm and a plastics company both of which had 12 bogus names of Saudi employees listed as on their staff. A third company in Jeddah was cited a registering one fake Saudi employee among its workers. A medical equipment firm in Riyadh had the names of three non-existent Saudi employees, and a contractor in Dammam was punished for one bogus name.
