Bangladeshi minister meets with Saudi ambassador

Bangladesh's acting Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates' Welfare Dr. Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury met here today with Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Baseeri.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and aspects of enhancing them in all fields.
For his part, the Bangladeshi minister lauded the generous assistance extended by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his country after being hit by a devastating cyclone, expressing the gratitude of the Bangladeshi people for this humanitarian gesture.
