Dr Abdullah bin Abdul-Mohsin Al-Turki, the Secretary General of the MWL, has underlined the importance of the role which could be played by the media institutions in the service of inter-faith dialogue. The international dialogue conference will be held in Madrid on July 16, 2008. He called for cooperation between the media organs and the Muslim scholars in spreading the culture of dialogue. Dr Al-Turki noted that the conference will discuss means of protecting mankind from conflicts. He expected that the conference would yield positive results.
