Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Shoura Council held its 32nd ordinary session here today. The Council congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, on the pre-emptive strikes carried out by the security men which resulted in arresting a number of members of the deviant group. The Council also praised the efforts exerted by the Interior Ministry to preserve security. Dr. Saleh stressed that fighting deviant ideology is the responsibility of everyone, particularly Ulema, teachers and Islamic callers. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Assistant Secretary General of the Council Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya said that the Council proceeded listening to views of the Finance Committee regarding the comments of the members on draft regulations of real estate financing, control of financing companies, leasing, and mortgaging of notarized real property. The Council will continue voting on the articles of the regulations in a future session.
