Japan's Coast Guard says a Japanese fishing boat has capsized off the country's eastern coast, leaving four crew members dead and 13 missing. Coast Guard spokesman Munekazu Yoshida says three other men on the Suwa Maru No. 58 were rescued by fellow fishermen on four accompanying boats. Yoshida says all the 20 crewmembers were Japanese, according to a report of the Associated Press.
